This unrecorded virtual/teleconference forum is an informal, relaxed and lighthearted conversation, usually filled with much laughter and fun, all the while delving into the deepest mysteries of the universe! “Practical Spiritual Camaraderie!” Selections from the teachings of The Way of Truth are read and then discussed in a candid, nonjudgmental, supportive fashion, by open-hearted loving people, like chatting around one’s kitchen table. You are welcome to turn your video cameras ON for this gathering!

The Rolling HU Chant: Thursday Evenings, 8:00-8:30 p.m. EDT / 5:00-5:30 p.m. PDT/00h-00h30 Côte d’Ivoire, Togo/01h-01h30 Caméroun, Bénin, Nigeria
We gather together, virtually, twice weekly to sing the HU as a group. This gathering is called “The Rolling HU.” As a collective, we can use the HU to benefit humankind and help bring balance into the universe. A quote from The Way of Truth Mystery School teachings is read in English to set the tone.
How to Participate
1) Find a place where you know you will not be disturbed.
2) Listen to the reading presented by the facilitator.
3) Relax by taking three deep and deliberate breaths.
4) Close your eyes and begin singing the HU, pronounced “HUuuuuuuugh.”
5) Place your attention in the area between your eyebrows.
6) Do this for a minute or two, then transition your attention to your heart center for the duration of the exercise. Your heart center is located in the center of your chest, close to the base of your sternum.
(Please note: If you sing the HU by yourself, you may sing the HU for 3 minutes in the beginning and as time goes on, you may increase the time to 30 minutes.)

HU, the Sound of All Sounds
“The HU is the universal sound. It is an important part of The Way of Truth teachings as it is the foundation of our spiritual practices. The HU is the sound which contains all sounds.
The universe was created of Light and Sound. However, Sound was primordial; it was the seed of creation. God used Its divine vibration which manifested as Sound to create the Light. The Bible says God said “Let there be Light” but this phrase is, in reality, a reference to God’s divine creative vibration, or Sound, which created the Light.
The HU is a ticket that is given to us by the Father of All. Singing HU is one way for us to return to our true home in God whenever we choose. The HU also can help purify ourselves spiritually. When someone sings the HU, he or she is throwing a stone directly into the matrix of the universe and creating ripples that spread far and wide.”
